Lessons for Good Living

When I published my online magazine several years ago, there was a monthly column, written by myself, entitled Lessons for Good Living. It was something that was anticipated by my many subscribers and because I can only imagine the benefit it could bring to those of you who are joining me on this leg of the journey, I am reintroducing it here on my blog. This column is actually from September 2012 and it still resonates today.

I hope you enjoy and please, please pass it along.

Follow your heart, it always knows the right direction.

Whatever you expect in life, you are bound to get.

Strategically placing one foot in front of the other is called progress.

Never doubt what is.

Be patient with others. At some point in your life you will either have been or will be to someone else what they are now to you.

Love in spite of and because of yourself.

Take dancing lessons.

Learn how to fly a kite.

Practice the art of writing notes. Splurge on beautiful stationery and write a letter to your best friend.

Read your favorite children’s book again as a reminder of how important it is to dream.

Do something good for someone who does not expect it.

Be grateful.

Because life should be good. How good is that…

Deigratia,

Bonnie
