Have you ever been on a journey that felt as though it would never come to an end? If you are like me, then certainly this past year and a half has been the journey of a lifetime.
Although we have been and are experiencing a pandemic, and it appears the worst is behind us, the uncertainty of what lies ahead is still very much on the minds of each of us as we try to navigate this next chapter.
So, here we are, mid-way through 2021 and what have we learned over the past year? What I have learned is that in the midst of chaos and uncertainty, home is where you either build or find your anchor.
It is nothing short of amazing how much the homestead has become such a vital part of our existence, especially since, when everything around us came to a virtual halt, home was all there was and we learned how to make the most of it.
On a personal note, over the past year, I have finally launched my Youtube channel and I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed hanging out with you, virtually, in my kitchen as I prepared Sunday Supper. In addition to that, I have also spent a great deal of time creating beautiful gardens for clients both onsite and virtually; which has been quite the experience. Gardens have always been apart of the Good Living brand, but as fate would have, it has now taken center stage and I could not be more pleased.
We are currently making some much-needed changes to the website in order to make your visits even more meaningful.
