The Cupboard
The cold months are fast- approaching and along with it come the possibility of losing power, days of being snowed in and of course, the desire for good and quick comfort food. Having said that the goal is to stock your cupboards with items that are high in nutrition and can provide comfort for you and your family. When it is cold outside everyone likes to sit down to a hot and hearty meal and although what we want is hearty, the goal is to also think healthy.
This month’s Cupboard will focus on helping you stock your cupboards with items that at a moment’s notice can be easily whipped up to satisfy even the most picky eater. And to make sure you are stocking the cupboards for your recipes.
There are also things you want to have in your cupboard for your holiday cooking.
