My “Top Five Fitness Commandments” are based on everyday celebrations of clients that are seeing transformations in their bodies:
- Meditate every morning.
- Eat breakfast every morning, in addition to four or five small meals throughout the day.
- Take daily multivitamins and additional supplements, as needed.
- Exercise six days a week (a combination of cardiovascular and toning).
- Select/hire an accountability person or professional.
