Lessons for Good Living
- Spend 24 hours saying or thinking only positive things. No complaining, criticizing or finding fault in others.
- Sip iced tea at 4:00 p.m. each day for the rest of the summer.
- Listen to what your spirit is saying to you and live it.
- Say thank you to your family each time they do something nice for you.
- Put on your favorite music, turn it up loud, and dance.
- Set aside at least 10 minutes each day to steal away to a quiet place and breathe.
- Walk at least one mile, 5 days a week.
- Purchase and use good linen napkins for dinner at least once a week.
- Read one inspiring book by the end of summer.
- Have a grown-up sleepover with a group of girlfriends and tell silly stories.
