It’s a New Year and a New Beginning

TThis month I want to talk about lunch for both the kids and adults.

Since most of us have lunch away from home I find that I eat a healthier lunch if I take my lunch from home and in our quest to add more fruits and vegetables to our diet in the new year, I am suggesting we start to make our own lunch.

Instead of a new recipe this month I am showing some examples of what my brother and I take for school lunch.

The possibilities are endless as to what can be used for lunch, especially if you use a lunch container similar to what we use for our lunch (Goodbyn). The lunch container is reusable therefore making it very green...we don’t have to use plastic or paper bags and it also comes with it’s own drink container.
