ALERT! February is Heart Health Awareness Month. Let’s Give Love from a Healthy Heart.

The Heart Attack statistics in America is pretty grim:

That is about two people every minute! Ok let’s break it down again, 120 people an hour will experience or die from a heart disease in this country alone. America is amongst one the top five countries of reported numbers of heart attacks.

Education is key; Love your heart. The heart is one of the most important organs in our bodies. Sometimes we wait until something happens to us or a close loved one to take action with our health. Take responsibility in Loving your Heart. Your heart loves you every day, pumping over 100,000 times without skipping a beat! Your heart pumps the very essence of life force (Blood) though your veins carrying nutrients and oxygen for life to every organ in your body.

Be responsible. Change your dietary food choices, exercise more, stop smoking, and check your blood pressure and cholesterol levels regularly. Heart attacks travel below the radar, so make sure you are not at risk, go to the doctor to know where you stand and start making better choices.

Parents, encourage your kids to make better food choices and to stay active to avoid heart disease and childhood obesity. Teaching your children the importance of healthy eating and fitness at an early age helps children get a jumpstart on a lifetime of good health.

God’s Way through Foods; Preventative and Heart Disease Reversing Food Suggestions:

“Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food”
Hippocrates

If your condition is chronic you must see a doctor and follow their orders. You can still eat healthy, but you may need some additional assistance with your condition.
