Banana-Nut Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups of baking mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup of walnuts
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- A dash of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 medium sized banana
- 1 pouch of GoGo Squeez applesauce,any flavor—I used apple mango (www.GoGoSqueez.com)
Technique
Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl, then bake the mixture in a muffin tin at 425 F for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the muffin tops turn golden brown.
When you bite into the muffins be ready to have your taste buds come alive to the moist gooey center. These muffins are delicious and low in fat, they are a Sunday must-have around my house.
