On a very personal note, I had the pleasure of working out with Roger Mack a little over a year ago and I am pleased to report that I have continued to maintain the great start that he gave me toward reaching the goal of becoming my personal best. The Details
R-2/M-2 45-minute, bootcamp-style, 1000-calorie class provides high-energy, explosive workout training. From jumping-jacks to training ropes and sleds, your body will be tested at its full capacity and in return, experience its maximum strength. With cool down routines, R-2/M-2 interval training will keep you motivated and focused throughout the whole workout. This class is composed of body-weight workouts, weight lifting routines and stamina exercises to provide you with definition, develop muscle, and boost your metabolism. Strength and endurance will fulfill your body at end of 45 minutes and leave you full of physical and mental energy.
Roger Mack is a celebrity fitness trainer who is certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). He has worked with multiple celebrity figures, has been on major Television networks, and acted as the motivational speaker and fitness consultant. His career path started back in early 2000’s, when Mack qualified for the 2003 and 2004 USA Indoor Championships in the 60m high hurdles. Later that year, he qualified for 2004 Olympic Games Trials in the 110m high hurdles. Although his drive, motivation and passion led him thus far, a knee injury halted his Olympic career. Since, Mack has worked with NBC’s Biggest Loser Season 6 “Green Team” Adam and Stacey Capers, whom he led to the finals. In his recent works, Mack trained two CEO’s — Basim Mansour of Michael & Son and Fouad Qreitem of Paisono’s Pizza — for a “2011 CEO Challenge.” Mack continues to share his love for fitness with others and plans to expand his services for many more.
