Nutella Sushi

This month I will share one of my little brother’s favorite things. I like the real sushi and eat it with my family often. I didn’t want my two little brothers to feel left out, so I created something special just for them. This recipe is super easy and also fun for them to make.
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- 1 spoonful of nutella you can use regular peanut butter or almond butter as well
- 1 spoonful sugar free jelly
- 1 banana you can also use an apple
Technique:
Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Spread nutella on bread, follow with jelly. Slice banana down the middle and put ½ onto jelly. Start rolling the bread gently until banana is fully covered. Then evenly cut the roll-up in 6 pieces. Serve up and enjoy.
