Boot Camps can help you burn over 1100 calories in a 45-60 minute class. In a well-run class, a variety of activities such as Band Training, Ball Exercises, Dumb-bells, Kettle-bells, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, and Resistance Training are used. This combination of exercises boosts results much quicker than typical exercises and workout classes.

3. Cheaper than a Personal Trainer

Breakfast Boot Camp is an all-inclusive fitness and nutrition program that combines a kick-butt exercise program, a delicious breakfast and provides constant motivation. Regardless of your fitness level, our program is designed to get you into the best shape of your life. We will never ask you to do more than you are capable of doing. Whether your goal is to lose 50 pounds or to fit back into your skinny jeans, we are sure you'll find that Breakfast Boot Camp is your meal ticket.

At Breakfast Boot Camp, always expect an adventure. Each workout is intentionally different in order to keep your body guessing, and to keep burning that unwanted fat. You can expect resistance training, light running (although some campers never run due to pre-existing conditions) kettle bells, core training and much more. We'll teach you proper form, emphasizing core strength.

If you are in the Washington, DC area, you may want to consider joining our sessions. Following is additional information: Breakfast Boot Camp is held every Monday-Saturday. We suggest that you attend at least four or five days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend just three days per week. Our camps run 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year.
